I have to say that one of the PCs came with a bad battery. I was able to take it to an authorized Toshiba repair shop (since it was expensive to send it back to the seller - I live in the caribbean -) and the warranty covered for this issue. They ordered a new battery and was replaced in around 1 week. One thing was that it seems that the laptops were registered to Toshiba on July 2010. I bought them in November, so the guys at the repair shop adviced that the warranty started counting from July and not from November as it should be. Anyways, I am happy with the laptops, they are working very well. Price was very good compared to other sellers.
